Abstract

This study aims to explore foreign tourists’ perceptions of traditional Gorontalo cuisine served at Sunset Guesthouse in Telaga Biru. A qualitative descriptive method was applied through interviews, observations, and documentation. Findings revealed that most tourists responded positively to the unique taste and presentation of dishes such as Binthe Biluhuta, Ilabulo, and Tili Aya. However, feedback also indicated concerns over spiciness and strong seasoning aromas. Overall, the culinary experience enhances cultural appreciation and offers a strong impression of Gorontalo's local identity.
